I expect the smell of smoke (I'm not a smoker). No matter where we set the thermostat, the room was FREEZING. There's nowhere near the sink to hang a hand towel (WTH?). The sink is in the room itself (and TINY), the toilet and shower are closed off. The bad: The bathroom, despite the description on various travel websites, is NOT private. The towels, while limited, are large and fluffy. We were next to the vending machine room and around the corner from the elevator. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
